  2. 2.2How it’s used. To respond to enquiries, process service requests, and — only where a user has opted in — send market update emails.
  3. 2.3Who it’s shared with. We do not sell or trade personal data. Information is disclosed only where required for service delivery, including to Angel One, AMCs, insurance companies, banks, KYC agencies (e.g. CAMS), stock exchanges, depositories, and regulators.

  3. 3.3User responsibilities. Users must provide accurate information and independently assess the suitability of any product before investing.
  4. 3.4Governing law & jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
