Why Pitanga Wealth

Advice first. Everything else follows.

The work here is closer to advisory than to selling. You are trained on products, regulation and client context, and supported to do what is suitable for a client rather than what is easy to close.

01 / CLIENT FIRST

You advise, not just sell

Recommendations start with the client's goals, time horizon and risk comfort. Product comes second — and the process is documented, reviewable and compliant.

02 / STRUCTURE

A defined path to grow

Clear role expectations, structured product training, mentorship from experienced relationship managers and a review cycle that keeps your development moving.

03 / REACH

Delhi role, wider reach

All our roles are based in Delhi. The clients you work with are not: as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor we serve clients across India, so the advice you give travels well beyond one city.

Questions

Before you apply.

The things candidates ask us most often about roles, training and the hiring process.

Use the application form at the bottom of this page. Fill in your name, contact details and address, choose the role, attach your CV and press submit. You will see a confirmation on screen, and we will contact you back within 24–48 hours.

Yes. Send in one application and choose Open application in the role dropdown, or pick the role that fits best and mention the others in your CV. We will consider you against the most suitable opening. You only need to apply once.

For client-facing and advisory roles, certification such as AMFI or IRDAI is preferred, and we support completion where it is required. For entry-level field, acquisition and telecalling roles, no prior certification is needed — training is provided as part of onboarding.

For field sales, client acquisition and telecalling roles, yes. We look for communication, honesty and willingness to learn, and provide product and compliance training. For relationship manager and senior roles, some financial services exposure is usually expected.

Your application goes to our hiring team. If there is a suitable match, we will contact you for a short screening call, followed by a discussion on the role and, if both sides are aligned, a written offer. We aim to be in touch within 24–48 hours of your application.

Yes. Every open role on this page is based in Delhi, and we hire locally rather than relocating candidates. If you are based elsewhere, we would encourage you to apply only if you can genuinely work from Delhi.

It depends on the role, and all of them are based in Delhi. Field sales, business development and franchise roles are territory and travel based across the city. Relationship manager, senior relationship manager, team leader and telecalling roles are based at the head office with client meetings.

Compensation varies by role, experience and territory, and is discussed openly during the discussion stage. Please do not share compensation expectations in your first email — we will cover it with you directly.

Please keep client identity details, account numbers and confidential information from any previous employer out of your CV. A clear, accurate two-page CV is more useful than a long one.
